Download and unzip the files

   CMBBSHL_NonMonic.zip
   CMBBSHLToeplitz.zip

This will create some object files which will only run on Linux.
If you need to recompile them execute the shell script makeall by doing

   ./makeall

If the file is not executable then make it executable with

   chmod +x makeall

A sample test run is in the Maple input file

   CMBBSHLToeplitzRun.mpl

which you can execute from the command line using

   maple < CMBBSHLToeplitzRun.mpl

This will create an output file

   factors_Toeplitz_n10

which contains the two factors of det(T10), the determinant of the 
10 by 10 symmetric Toeplitz matrix
